We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team at Classic Hyundai, Wayanad. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Hyundai products and services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently. Generate leads and fix appointments for test drives and showroom visits. Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly. Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely communication. Coordinate with the sales team and support them with lead conversion. Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls post sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets. Maintain professional behavior and adhere to company guidelines. Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the manager.
